One of the most challenging elements of Thanksgiving is the quest to finish the Feast Week leftovers. Today, I am pleased to report the last of the stuffing, cranberry sauce and Benny Butterball have been consumed. With snow falling outside and with life lurching forward into December, I wanted to share some leftover goodness with you to give your Thursday a boost. Shall we?

For the second year in a row, Michigan running back Blake Corum used money made off his Name, Image, Likeness (NLI) deals to give away 300 Thanksgiving meals to locals in need in an effort called “Giving Back to Give Thanks”. A Heisman Trophy candidate, Corum is one of the top-five rushers (1,457 yards) in college football this season.
